When will I get my order?
If your favorite bag is in our Ready to Buy collection, it is already completely finished and will be packed with love and shipped within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces or specific variations, please allow about 3-15 days for us to hand-crochet your bag from scratch. Slow craft takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Can I order a fully customized bag?
We love bringing your visions to life! While we launch with our core variations, we are always open to custom orders outside of the bag models as well. Feel free to drop us a message through our contact page or Instagram, and let's chat!
How to take care of the bag?
To keep your bag looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth for minor stains. If it needs a deeper refresh, gently hand wash it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist-simply reshape it while damp and lay it flat to dry on a towel. What is the bag made of?
Every Ö-lander bag is hand-crafted using premium T-shirt yarn—a unique, upcycled material blend of roughly 70% cotton and 30% mixed fibers. Because the yarn is made from repurposed textiles, its thickness and color shades naturally vary between batches. To adapt to this, we sometimes adjust our hook sizes or row counts. This means every bag has its own subtle differences in stitch and dimensions—making your bag a truly unique, one-of-a-kind piece! Read more on our Material & care information page!
