Shipping policy
1. Processing & Crafting Time
Thank you for supporting handmade! Most of our bags are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you after the order is placed.

Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3 to 15 business days for your bag to be handcrafted before it is shipped. For longer time period, you will be contacted or let know already before ordering, depending on the volume of the orders etc.

Ready-to-Ship Items: We do keep a limited stock of already completed bags. If the item you ordered is already made and in stock, it will be dispatched much faster, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Estonia only using local parcel terminal services. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your package is handcrafted and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is:

Estonia (Smartpost, Omniva, DPD): 2-3 business days
Please note: Shipping estimates are provided by the postal services, and minor delays may occasionally occur during national holidays or peak shopping seasons.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you have any questions about whether your specific item is in stock, or if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation after 15 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@ölander.com.
4. Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging your handmade items safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ölander.com with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
